Deponia is a point-and-click indie adventure game developed and published by Daedalic Entertainment. The game follows the misadventures of Rufus, a guy who dreams of escaping his village called Kuvaq, which is located in a world covered with junk. This world is called Deponia. As a part of the lowest class in society, Rufus hopes to get into the world of the rich living in a floating city located high above the clouds. When an attractive young lady named Goal plummets from the higher sector into one of the trash heaps in Kuvaq, Rufus decides to help her out and take her back to her husband. Noticing that Goal’s husband seems a little off, Rufus comes up with a scheme to gain access to the higher sector. However, his feelings for the beautiful Goal limits him from doing his evil schemes. Aside from an immersive storyline, Deponia features a unique comic-style hand-drawn high definition 2D graphics paired with bizarre characters and wacky rumor. With challenging puzzles and hours of dialogue, the game is surely one that will entertain you for days.
